Three times per year, the Co-op Coordinator will contact Employers by email to invite them to post a position for a Co-op student. This email will arrive well in advance of each work term. Generally contact occurs in:
However, the Co-op Office accepts job postings on a continuous basis and if an Employer has a position to post, they should send it immediately. The Coordinator posts positions in the order they are received in the office, once posting for a work term has begun.
All Employers Are Encouraged To Participate
If you have never posted a job with our Co-op program and you would like to participate, the Co-op Office would be happy to include you as one of our newest partners. Ensure your position will meet the Requirements for an Acceptable Work Term and then visit the Post a Job page.
- January for summer work terms (May to August)
- May for fall work terms (September to December)
- September for winter work terms (January to April)
